I got Tien recommended by a friend and I am super thankful for that. Studying Vietnamese with Tien is really fun. She always brings in new topics and not only focuses on one element of the language (eg. pronunciation). She often provides further explanations to understand the language and words used in Vietnamese which are helpful memory aids and make it easier to remember. Also very positively to note is that Tien is very patient with her students. My core skills are unfortunately not with learning new languages and therefore my progress might not be super-fast but Tien always adjusts the speed when necessary and does repetitions when needed
I’ve been studying with Tien for almost 2 years now.I always look forward to our weekly lesson time.While not an easy language, she has made it fun to learn and keeps me interested in always wanting to improve.During classes we cover everything from reading, writing, listening comprehension, and general conversation.
