- 200g fish cakes

- Wash the crab, separate the crab meat and crab roe.
- Wash the tofu, cut into small pieces.
- Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.
- Wash the fresh herbs, drain.

- Add the crab to a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil.
- Remove the crab, scoop out the crab meat, pound until smooth.
- Add the crab meat to the crab water, add a little salt, fish sauce, bring to a boil.
- Add the crab roe to the soup, stir well.
- Add the tofu to the soup, bring to a boil.
- Season with seasonings to taste.
